My mom has a valid multiple entry visa till November 2007. We filed for her extended stay until Jan 19 2008 and it is approved. We really want her to stay until March or April 2008. My question is that if we visit Canada before her visa expired on November, after we re-entry US, will immigration grant her another 6 months visa untill April 2008? Has anyone done that? I worried that if IRS doesn't grant her new visa, and if she may have to leave early than Jan 2008.
