RD: 08/2003, EB2(RIR)
After sleeping in Philadelphia backlog center for almost 3-years, get LC approved on 08/2006.
Filed 140/485(NSC) on 10/2006. PP for 140. AD 03/2007 after a RFE regarding previous working experience. $1000 is paid by myself and it is worthy.
FP on 11/2006.No any LUD, even for FP.
07/2007, my I-485 approved:)
on 09/11:), my wife's approved too.
Called USCIS for my dauther in end of Sep and a lady told us no visa left and had to wait after Oct.
On 10/11, my daughter's card is mailed to us. Great!
For my case, NSC is OK, not as slow as others think of.
