File to TSC on 8/2.
Was transferred to VSC for data entry.
Received FP notice (11/2) on 10/10
REceived Transfer Notice on 10/19 (Receipt Date 10/9, notice date 10/12).

Will I receive 485 notice from TSC?
Will I receive AP within 90 days from 10/9 or from 8/2?

I am planning to go back to China arond 11/10, assuming I can get at least the 485 receipt notice by then. My question is: can I go to the local office applying for emergency AP after I get the receipt notice?
