On 8/2 Filed 485, EAD and AP to TSC
On 10/9 Got receipt notice from VSC.
about 10/15, got FP notice and scheduled on 11/2
Got EAD from VSC on 10/22.
11/2, arrived at 8:00a, finished FP in 15 mins. Then waited outside the information window. Talked to the officer at 8:30 about emergency AP and was told that they don't handle Employment based AP. I told him my grandma is in critical situation and he asked me to send the hospital letter to the service center. Because I have to go back early next week and I had strong faith that God will help me. I asked him to go inside to discuss with others and process my AP today. When he came back, he asked me what I had. I gave him:
485 and 131 receipt notice

letter from hospital and the public notarized translation
Letter from my family (was not taken)
Then he went to inside again. 5 mins later, he came back and asked me to fill out a new 131 form. When I turned in to form, he asked for pictures. The I waited for another 15 mins. I got my AP. He didn't ask me to pay. He also told me that I will not receive another AP from the service center. I brought with me $305 money order but didn't need it.
I booked the ticket after I left the local office and will go back next Tuesday.
