I am living in Texas and submitted my I140(NIW)/I485 to TX center on 7/26. I got my receipts back from California center on 10/4. However, there is no transfer notice yet. My friends got their transfer notice right after the receipt. Does it mean my case will be processed in Ca center? Thanks for suggestions.
