Here is the detailed information:
NIW 140 and 485 filed concurrently in late June 2005 to CSC.
(1). 07/05/2005: Priority date;
(2). 11/2005: Received 140 RFE, requesting for more evidence;
(3). 02/2006: Responded 140 RFE;
(4). 03/06/2006: 140 Approved;
(5). 03/2006: Went InforPass (local CIS) and sent email to CSC to ask for the reason why I had not received the fingerprint notice, but did not get any useful answer;
(6). 04/01/2006: 1st fingerprint (wife, daughter and me), scheduled for 04/07/2006, but had it done on 04/01/2006;
(7). 09/2006: Change job from Univ to company;
(8). 02/2007: Case transferred to NSC;
(9). 04/2007: My daughter had the second FP, most likely because she turned to 14 after the first FP;
(10). 05/2007: Received I485 RFE, requesting evidence of working in same field, and TB test for my wife and daughter.
(11). 06/2007: Responded I485 RFE, providing employer letter, and new complete medical exams for wife and daughter;
(12). 06/12/2007: NSC received our response, and the notice says that a written decision will be made in 60 days;
(13). 07/07/2007: Second FP done, my wife was scheduled for 07/17/2007 and mine for 07/20/2007, but we had FP done together on 07/07/2007;
(14). 07/27/2007: Went InfoPass and was told that background check for all my family members was cleared on 06/29/2007;
(15). 08/13/2007: Called NSC to ask for the status of my I485 because it's been more than 60 days, but no useful answer;
(16). 10/15/2007: Called NSC again, but was told that I had to be patient;
(17). 10/22/2007: Received the approval notices (regular mail) for all three members of my family. My lawyer also received a copy and sent the copy to me by email yesterday. The approval notice date is 10/17/2007.
