It's regarding my name check.
My lawyer filed the mandumus for me, but it didn't resolve. Now she asked if we want to move on to file cross motion and then hearing if cross motion still doesn't resolve. I have some questions for help
1), What's the likelihood of getting the name check cleared by filing cross motion? (before going to hearing)
2), At this point of filing cross motion, can I do it myself instead of using the lawyer though my lawyer did the things before this point?
3), what's market price charging for cross motion?
