Dear Friends, I submitted my I-485 in this July. My I-140 was approved in Sep, 2006 based on EB2. I really want to switch my job from NIH (research scientist) to FDA (reviewing Pharmacologist). My lawyer just said to me if you think your new job is the same or similiar as your current job, you can change. She doesn't want to analyse my situation and take the respon*****ility.
Help!!! Any suggestion are welcome!
