change job while I-140 not approved yet power662007-10-30 00:16:19

I have a question for all 大侠, my I-140 is not approved yet, I-485 pending less than 180 days. If I change job now by transfering H1B to another employer, my current employer doesn't withdraw my I-140 and I-485, can my I-140 and I-485 still be approved? Or once I transfer my H1B, the USCIS will know that I'm changing employer and will no longer proceed with my 140 and 485?

Would really appreciate if someone can give some hint.
