Today I get the following message from USCIS for my I485 application.
We reopened this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS on October 31, 2007, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you a notice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Our review should be completed within 30 days. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service.
What is mean? I submitted my I140 and I485 on Sep., 2005. My case was denied on March, 2006. After appeal, my I140 was approved on Sep., 2007. I get many useful message from here. There are many warm heart people in this website. Thanks again for your guys kindly help!
