Other than the H-1B cap addresses, there are addresses for H-1B extension and address for all other I-129 Cases. Which one I should use? Extension or All Other I-129 Cases?
Also, can you please confirm if I should choose "New Employment" for Part2: question 2? If I choose New Employment, should I choose "b" in Part2: question 5? Also the question #3, what receipt number should be?
Question #2:
a. New Employment (including new employer filing H-1B extension)
c. Change in previously approved employment.
e. Change of employer.
Question 5:
b. Change the person's status and extend their stay since the person(s) are all now in US. in another status. This is available only where you check 'New Employment" in Item 2, above.
c. extend the stay of the person since they now hold this status
