Last Friday, I called USCIS where a lady answered my phone. She seemed friendly and patient. She told me that she can not find out the record on whether or not a FP notice has been sent to me from her computer system. She told me that she will file an inquiry about my case. She asked me to call them back if I can not receive the FP Notice within the next 45 days. Let me wait and see.
