Yesterday I posted my bad EAD experience. I filed my EAD renewal on Jul 23 07 with MSC. They received my file on Jul 27 07. So far it has been well over 90 days and my EAD expired yesterday. So I'm out of employment now. Today I felt desperate so I sent an e-mail to local senator and the people work for the senator made an inquiry to MSC immediately, about 2 hours later get back to me with the news that my EAD was approved today. So I would like to say that it is definately helpful to ask local senator or congressman to help with the inquiry. I telephoned USCIS customer service several times before but never get any real help.
