One year ago when I submitted my labor application, the job title is Engineer(in the application form), and later I am promoted to Senior Engineer. Last week I got approval notice for labor application. I am going to file 140 soon.
Question is should I use my new title in 140? If yes, will it affect the prevailing wage? (My current salary is already above that stated in the labor application, but I think it's much lower than the prevailing wage of senior engineer.)
