Sorry I can not type Chinese on this computer. I have my EB1B 485 pending since Mar 12, 2007. Recently I got a notice from the Texas Center as follows:
Preliminary processing of the above application or petition has been completed and it has been transferred to the INS office at Nebraska Sevice Center.
That office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the application or petition.
My question is it this notice a good news or bad news. Does the interview means they will deny my application.
I am waiting for your answer if you have similar experience.
