2/24/2003 Atlanta local office received I485
4/5/2005 Interview at Atlanta office
I485 has been pending for NC since then
3/27/2007 Fingerprint for the second time
9/25/2007 Sent letter to the First Lady
12/3/2007 Got “ASC Appointment Notice” for capturing my biometrics scheduled on 12/12/2007 from TSC service center.
My questions are:
1. I believe finger print is good for 15 months. Why do they need the finger print for third time within one year?
2. Does this mean they really start to process my case after the letter to the First Lady?
3. I used to get this kind of notice especially defined as “fingerprint”. But this time it says “biometrics”. What are the differences?
4. I used to get the notices from Atlanta office. But this time it’s from TSC service center. Why is the application transferred to TSC?
5. My EAD will be expired on 5/1/2008. Do I still to renew it after I get this notice?
