I called USCIS Texas center a few times yesterday and today and got confirmed that my NC was cleared, but one told me they sent out the 2nd FP notice about 15 days ago and another two told me that everything looks fine with case and just wait for my case to be assigned to the IO. I am EB2, My PD is June 2002. I have not receive the 2nd FP notice yet. I do not know which one (I guess they are IOs also?) I should trust and why they were telling me different story? Please share you advice what action I should take to expedite my case through the final stage. Thanks a lot.
