I am confused for I140/I485 concurrent file. You know service center changed file addr. for
I140 and I485. For example three addr. now in TSC as following:
1. I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker (if concurrently filed with I-485) USCIS TSC
PO Box 852939
Mesquite, TX 75185-2939
2. I-140 (if filed alone), I-290 A&B, I-360, I-526, I-829, Business USCIS TSC
PO Box 852135
Mesquite, TX 75185-2135
3. I-485, I-181, Adjustment USCIS TSC
PO Box 851804
Mesquite, TX 75185-1804
It seems I have to use addr. 3 for submitting I485 after I140 filed and before
I140 aproved. This is concurrent file case too based on intern rule 2002 of INS.
But if you look above addr. of TSC, only submitting to addr. 1 is concurrent file case,
right?
Any help will be appreciated.
