Hi, everyone, most of you are experts at the immigration process... Please help. Here it is.
- I485 pending, AP available
- On H1B with I797 but never left the States so no actual H1b on passport
- Hubby on H4, AP available
We got Canada immigration visa and landing paper which will expire in March 08. We want to land in Canada so as not to lose the oppurtunity.
Questions:
1. If I land in Canada and come back in 30 days, do I need to apply for H1b visa in Canada?
2. Can my hu*****and land by himself in Canada without me? I am the principle applicant and he is the dependent.
