I was notified for Interview at a USCIS local office in January 2008 for my I-485 application. However I have concerns about several issues that might affect the interview. Please help!!!

The following is my current status:
My H1-B visa was expired on Oct 1, 2007 (only used for three years), but I haven't realized it until early November. When I found my H1B was expired, I informed my company and the company asked me to stop working until this issue is resolved. I filed my I-485 in June 2007 but not filed for EAD and AP. So after I stopped working, my company helped me file EAD and AP application, and my working status in the company is changed to the absence of work.

My major concerns are:
(1) I have illeaglly worked for about 5 weeks after my H1-B expired. How do I explain it when the immigrant officer ask me this question in the interview?
(2) I am not a full-time employee now although not fired. Is this going to affect the final result of the interview?
(3) Do you think I will get to know the result of my GC application through this interview, considering 目前排期的大倒退 ? My attorney told me that I can get it as long as my NC is cleared.
(4) My attorney and I haven't recieved the receipt notice of my EAD and AP application since it's been file in early November. It's been 6 weeks already. Is it normal? Or do I need to call USCIS to track my application?

Thank you in advance for any of your help!!!
