请教各位专家，perm e-filing以后，是不是DOL会有一个confirmation PERMfiling2007-12-20 06:11:59

老公的perm刚刚e-file， 据说公司要在7天内回答dol的一个email,他们公司的hr很拖沓，一直找不到人， 最后找到了那个hr contact的老板，据说他们在等一个written reply. 请问如果hr respond to dol's email, would there be another confirmation email from dol acknowleding hr's response? (as the written reply per se?)
