My wife gets her green card with wrong name. Actually, she got immgrant visa and came to US. We found her first name was splitted into first and middle name in her green card. Then I checked her immgrant visa, there is space between two words which are combined as her first name. The name on the passport is right, which means there is no space between two words (first name) in the passport page. My wife just got green card, and is waiting for social security card now. I think the name probably is wrong in the SSC as well. So do you guys have any suggestion to solve this issue? Should we contact consulate to have name corrected or contact USCIS to correct that or just ignore this issue? Thanks very much.
