Which way is faster to get EAD, E-FILE or by mail? eaders2007-12-28 03:25:33

From the instruction of E-FILE, it seems that I need to go to local office to do finger print and taking photo. But these are not required if you send your application by regular mail. So it seems that E-FILE is slower than regular mail. Am I right?
