请问小白兔,公司今年Ownership change,原来:owned by a couple.hu*****and as president signed all my application. 因为离婚.现在:owned by wife only.请问这样一来,对我的以下两个申请有影响吗?
1. EB3: I140 approved, I485 pending over 180 days.(hu*****and signed all my application)

2. EB2: Everything is prepared by the end of December, 07. Need to submit both I140 and I485 applications now.(hu*****and signed all my application)．Do I need to change all signature to the wife's?
