will i be marked as illegal if i overstay 16 days with B2 visa xyzxyzxyz1232008-01-03 19:20:29

due to unexpected situation, i have to overstay in USA for about 16 days in B2 visa. can anyone let me know:
1. if i will get a fine when i depart from USA? if so, how much?
2. if i will be refused to reenter into USA in future?
3. if i will be denied for the green card application in future?
