We got GC thru my hu*****and's employment-based application in 2005. Then my hu*****and lost his job and has only stayed in US a few months every year. He has no intention to apply naturalization for now.
I have been employeed (on H1 and then GC) and plan to apply naturalization when meetinging the 5-year requirement. Will my hu*****and's current status affect my naturalization? Or my case can be considered independent now?
