I just got an email from USCIS which said my card has beed order. May I ask how long will it take to get my card in mail? My H-1B need extend on Jan 31, and our HR said if I do not have the green card in hand at that time, I will not get payment after Jan 31. Could anyone tell me if I still need extend my H-1?

mine was 10 days, covering Thanksgiving period.
