I filed my I-140 and I-485 together to NSC last Dec. My I-140 (Eb1-B) has been approved several months before, but my I-485 is still pending. When I login my account, I can see the last updated date is 07/26/2007. What is that date meaning? And how can I know what is the status of my case? Is it in NC now or not? How can I know if my NC is clear or not? Since my first FP is last Dec, will they ask for a new FP this Dec? I have bought the ticket back to China. If they asked me to do FP during I am in China, what should I do? Thanks!!!!
