Help!! Will AOS(was H4) be considered abandon I-485 if apply H4 maymomxm2008-01-08 21:29:43

I was H4 but became AOS after using AP. If I apply H4 visa outside US, will USCIS consider I abandon my I-485 application (employment based)

what about h-1 => AOS => then apply H-4 (not primary applicant)?
