1), My wife just received her FP ASC Appointment Notice on 01-18-08. The appointment is scheduled on 01-04-08. This is because this notice was sent to us in Dec 2007 with our old address and it was returned to USCIS; and the same notice with a new stamp of 01-14-08 & a number was re-sent to us. But the appointment time of 01-04-08 was not updated.Can my wife go to ASC with this notice anytime next week to do the FP? Or she has to reschedule it and wait for a new notice.
2), We will travel to China and enter back USA with APs. My daughter's passport was renewed one time and will be valid to 2010. This passport was issued when she is 5 years old. Now she is a teenager. Sure now she looks different from her photo on passport. Are there any problems to travel with this passport? Or we have to update her passport with her current photo.
