Now I am in the 7th year of H1b, which will be expired in the near future. Last year filed I140, but not approved yet. My firm will file the extension of my H1b.

Question 1), If my I140 can be approved before the filing of my H1b, the extension can be 3 years with the approved I140. Otherwise, my H1b can only be extended for 1 year (8th year) with the approved labor certification (like last year filing for my 7th year of H1b). Are these right?

Question 2), Is there premium processing service for filing the extension of H1b (I129) right now?
