my H1B is not effective yet (i am now under OPT), and i wanna change my employer.
1) so i can't transfer my H1B,right?
2) if i can't transfer, is it OK for the employer to apply for another H1B for me?
3) to wait after the H1B takes effect and then apply for transfer, or to apply for another H1B, which one is better?
4) any risk in H1B transfer? university faculty to university faculty.
I just wondering that 2 full time H1B may not sound reasonable (you can't work 25 hrs a day, something like that).
