Hi,

The company is doing the PERM for me in Sept. 2007. and the position posted with MSC and 5 years working experience. However we just noticed that:

I joined the Company March, 2006. While I completed the MSC off campus in
2005. The tran stated all requirements are completed and eligible for graduation. however the MSC degree certificate is granted officially till May, 2006 and the May, 2006 date is on the MSC degree certificate. While the tran is with both 2005 and 2006 date.

While we are filling the 9089 form for labor certificate, the attorney filled the MSC completion date as 2005. and she told me I completed in 2005.

Could this have any risk now for labor certificate or for I-140 late on?

Do I have to get the offical degree certificate before I joined the company in this case? You know university only do degree granting and ceremony twice a year even if you finished earlier.

The attorney told me that I have to qualify all the requirements for the position before I joined the company - March 2006. There is not problem with the experience since I have 10 years. but what about the MSC?

I am kind of worrying about it...

Anyone who know details can help me and explain some?

We are going to file the labor certificate soon.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Poor man...
