大家有没有谁做过J－１的第二次WAIVER？如果要做第二次WAIVER， 大概需要多长时间呢？可以办理和第一次WAIVER同样的类型还是要选择不同的类型？还有怎么样要求中国使馆帮助办理第二次WAIVER？
