My situation is: I got laid off in December 2007 and my I485 case was pending for more than 180 days. I found new job and start to work in January 2007. Today I found there is a LUD on my H-1B extension case(it is already approved). below is detailed message :

Current Status: Case reopened or reconsidered based on USCIS determination, and the case is now pending.

We reopened this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER on January 30, 2008, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you a notice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Our review should be completed within 30 days. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service.

It seemed that USCIS got lay off notice from my previous employer even I asked them not to report the layoff. I don't receive the mail yet. I am not sure if USCIS sent similar message to every H-1B holder when H-1B sponsor notice layoff. For my case, I found similar job with I485 pending more than 180 days. Will USCIS ask me to leave just based on layoff reporting ?

Thanks any suggestion in advanced.
