Comany withdraw H-1B after layof, should I do something? cae20072008-02-04 09:27:05

I got laid off in Dec,2007 and I485 was pending for more than 180 days at that time(I140 already approved). I found a new job and used my EAD. Last week, there is a LUD on my H-1B extension. It seemed company with draw my H-1B visa petition even though I asked them not to do so.

All experts please advise me if I need to do something to make sure my green card won't be impacted. After changing job, Do I need to file any forms? Many thanks in advanced.

140 approved, 485 pending over 180 days.

顺便问一下：need a new H1B from new company. 需要名额吗

if you already caped, don't need new quota.
