Dear all,
One of my friends applied for EAD card based on OPT.About
a month ago, he got an email saying that the application
has been approved and the card is mailed. But one month has
past, he still didn't get the card. He called USCIS and
was told that if the EAD card was not received within 30 days,
it will be considered to be lost. Then he needs to apply
for OPT again! This is weird. It seems to be more reasonable
for USCIS mailing him another card, instead of asking him to
re-apply. Does anybody have similar experience? Any suggestions
or informations will be greatly appreciated!
