我的140是07年6月14号递的，在Nebraska center pending。485 已经超过180天了。现在换工作是否还能保留140和485呢？

咨询过律师，这种情况要承担REF和老雇主撤销140的风险。

请问各位大侠们：老雇主撤140的可能性有多大？我是否需要与老雇主的HR或移民律师negotiate一下这个问题还是说最好不要通知他们？
