Dear XBT, pjiang and other friends,
I filed my I-485 on 06/01/2007 and my wife's I-485 on 07/02/2007. this was based on the approval of my NIW(EB2) I-140 petition (PD: Nov 2005). the current COD for EB2 is Dec 2003 and so unpredictable. Now I plan to take a job in Beijing (in the same research area) in the coming summer. So I have to decide whether to apply for AP or switch to CP(I-824). according to your experience, which one will be the better choice for me and what are the risks for either choice?
