My situation:
H-1B on 7th year, will expire on 03/12/2008. Company is willing to do H-1b
extension. (Not filed yet).
I-485 pending > 180 days
I got an offer from another company today. It agreed to do H-1B transfer.
Question:
Today is already 02/14/2008. My H-1B will expire in less than 1 month. How
can I accept the offer and still keep H-1b status?
Can I ask the new company to do H-1b transfer and H--b extension at the same
time? If it's doable, do I need ask my current company not to file H-1
extension for me? ( I mean we can't do multiple H-1b extension at same time,
right?)
