I have AP with 485 pending. Thinking to visit China. I have one concern regarding using AP to re-enter US. There was a two-month gap between my two h1 job transfers back in 2001 around 911 period.
Does anyone know if such 2-month gap would create problem with CIS for me to re-enter US using AP? Or my case would be forgiven after all they approved my h1 transfer and i140? Any impact on future h1 extension after using AP?
