UCSIS is currently working on a process for pending applicaitons past the 180 day pending name check. Once the process is in place all applications will be worked in date order upon receipt. Unless there are issues holding the application(i.e,, fingerprints, visa availablity etc,). the file wil not be pulled for processing. It will take time to process these cases and we ask that you be patient. If you haven't heard anything within six months, please contact customer service to complete a service request for status. Expedites will be taked on this work load.

There are totally the same as mine and my hu*****and's. We can see that NBS seems to start working on I-485 pending over 180 days. But it will take more time for them to sweep because these officers will check with your fingerprints, visa availability etc. So it will form as another back load.
My case: 485 on Apr 2004.
