基本情况：EB3, NC pending 13个月，已到排期。

我们去年3月AP 批准，8月全家回国一趟。今年3月AP 将过期。6月中旬老公想回国参加大学毕业N 周年同学聚会，大家帮分析一下，按照MEMO 的精神和目前的形势，最晚在5月底或6月初我们是否可以拿到绿卡？这样就不用Renew AP了，实在是不想再花那$305 刀的冤枉钱。谢谢！
