PD July 18, efile to Texas, LUD many times in last August, December, and this January.
Denial notice Jan 12, the reason is, missing supporting materials (stupid CIS make my heart broken).
Thank to my lawyer (650-312-8668, Yang Law's, CA), he organized a petition for re-openning the case and provided a whole copy of materials in a very short time. Finally, the case was re-openned and approved at almost the same day. Today I got the original approval letter for my NIW from my lawyer.
