My H-1b visa will expire in July.
I need to keep my status for about 2 years before my hu*****and become citizen in 2009 or 2010.
I don't have TOEFL and GRE, I may not be able to attend classes.
I heard of changing to F1. Please recommend attorneys or lawers for this change.
