Please help on this case. My wife left for CHina 1/23 and our AP got approved at 1/29 (I just received it a few days ago). Can she use that AP to go back to USA?
My attorney said there could be an issue, becuase she left ealier than it got approval. But they said AP is still valid for her next travel.
I asked another attorney and he said it is OK to use AP under this situation.
Very confusing and please help!
