Last year, PERM approval was very fast, but it seems to slow down now. If you submitted PERM application the end of last year or earlier this year and still wait for its approval after 30 days, can you post your information here, so that we get an idea of what is going on, rather than worry about our own cases.
My case:
Work in a state University, assistant professor in Liberal arts. PERM application filed online the end of Jan. 2008, pending for almost 40 days, still "in progress".
