本人２００６年底先递了NIW, Nebraska. 后来递了EB1b. 七月赶大溜递了485. 然后EB1b批了。那么485应该是和EB1b连的。因为递485时，律师放了EB1b１４0的收据。昨天收到关于NIW的信。信中说：“你的一类已经批了，这个NIW是不是取消，还是继续？另外，你有没有递485，若有，把收据寄来。”我把信的原文附在后面。
我的问题是：
１为什麽NIW和EB1b会连在一起？因为后者批了，前者要取消。我的律师认为取消算了。不知好不好？
２为什么会问我有没有递485？485应该是和EB1b连的。既然他们知道一类已经批了，那么怎么不知道我递了485。还要收据。
