My situation: H1B ( second year) in the US. Entered on F1, changed to H1B after graduation from school. Never left the country except to Canada where I am Permenant Resident. Never changed employer.
I would like to go to Vancouver to apply for a multiple entry H1B visa. Question concerning the employment letter: Does it need to be updated to as recent as possible? i have an employment letter written a year ago for the H1B renewal petition. It lists my job duties, salaries, intended length of employment. Can i use this letter (which was addressed to USCIS by the way) to apply for H1B visa in Canada? or Do i need to get a NEW one? Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you
