This time, another lady picked up the phone and asked me my receipt number and then asked me what do I want to know. I told her I would like to know whether there is an IO working on my case since I returned my RFE on 01/30. She said my case has not been returned to the original officer who requested the RFE. I said someone told me yesterday that my case has been assigned to an IO for review. She said no. The RFE needs to be returned to the original IO.
I asked about the visa number for EB1, she said go to the DOS to find it out yourself.
ai..... seem like the new IO does not want to handle my case and push it back to the original IO. Who know this time, my file will be held for how long.
Just an advice to all the fellows here, nothing they tell you is true until you got GREEN.
